Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to WonderEight's or Ocean Spray's other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, WondeEight or Ocean Spray may take such action and seek such remedies as may be available at law or in equity, including suspending your access to the game, prohibiting you from accessing the game, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the game, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the game and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Variation
WonderEight or Ocean Spray may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this game from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this game. Severability

Eligibility and Redemption of Gifts
Cranberry Squeeze is available for every one to play but only residents of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Lebanon are eligible to claim their prizes. Winners will have to visit one of the Ocean Spray Events or redemption locations mentioned inside the game or on www.cranberrysqueeze.me to redeem their gifts. Ocean spray only guarantees its availability in mentioned redemption points. Giveaways and won products will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Ocean Spray reserves the right to give gifts only to the players that have the latest version of the game installed on their devices.

Winning the Cash Prize
The highest scores will be displayed on the leaderboard section inside the game. The game ends on November 30th, 12pm GST (Gulf Standard Time) and the player with the highest score will be announced winner of the $5,000 cash prize. WonderEight is the operator of this digital game. All trademarks of Ocean Spray or its subsidiaries are used with permission. The game operator reserves the right to give gifts only to the players that have the latest version of the game installed on their devices. The game operator reserves also the right to disqualify any player caught cheating.
